Cindi Jackson named Sales & Marketing Director at Phillippi Harbor Club

Phillippi Ventures, LLC of Sarasota is pleased announced Cindi Jackson as Sales & Marketing Director at the Phillippi Harbor Club located in Sarasota, Florida. Cindi will be onsite at Phillippi Harbor Club selling the developer rackominiums and handling the leasing applications.


Cindi has an extensive sales and marketing real estate background. Cindi Jackson has previous real estate experience with ERA Mt. Vernon Realty as an office manager for three real estate associates, Michael Saunders & Company New Homes Division working on projects such as Tides Beach Club, Terra Ceia Bay Golf & Country Club, Don Pedro/Little Gasparilla and The Ritz Carlton of Sarasota. She was the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Condo Store of Sarasota. Cindi worked as Marketing Director for the Law office of Voigt & Voigt, P.A.


Cindi was named the "2005 Humanitarian of the Year" by the Sarasota Association of Realtors for her community outreach efforts of helping disadvantage homeowners in Sarasota. She was named the "2006 Affiliate of the Year" by the Women's Council of Realtors/Sarasota Chapter.


Cindi was named the "2006 Kiwanian of the Year" by the Kiwanis Club of Siesta Key.


Cindi is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors/Sarasota Chapter, Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, WCR Toastmasters, The Sarasota/Manatee Ohio State University Alumni Association and the Kiwanis Club of Siesta Key.


She serves as the Programs & Education Chair and District XIII Treasurer for the Women's Council of Realtors, as President for WCR Toastmasters, Secretary for Kiwanis Club of Siesta Key, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Sarasota Council of Concern.


Cindi has lived in Sarasota for 27 years relocating from Columbus, Ohio. She has two grown daughters, Christina and Audra. She is the proud grandmother. Her interests include bowling, golfing, reading, boating, traveling and community service.
